What I needed to do was quite simple. At first, I was going to leave my car and when my ride didn't show up, I had to wait, but after notifying the service team that I was now waiting, there was no time before it was done.
I do wish there was an option to get a ride to work when leaving my car. I work 2 miles from Toyota.
