Brought daughters vehicle in for oil change and rear brakes. Tire light was also on. Mechanic found nail in tire. I couldn’t be happier with mechanic taking the time to find the issue. My daughter drives up to 1-1/2 hours to and from work at times. Saved me and her from dealing with possible down tire on interstate!! This is why I tell her to pay more for the service at Toyota ! Service agent I dealt with had a very rude and hostile demeanor and was not willing to explain anything . Felt very unwelcomed at the place although I had been a regular customer there for many years . I chose to take my 1600 dollar business some where else .
