Everyone is so nice and explained to me what would b done and ask if I wanted to wait or if I’d like them to take somewhere. I waited which was fine. I enjoyed talking with my salesman (Matt Petcher) and looking around the showroom and the lot just to see what was new.

Took a little longer than usual but she did come out and explain why. She also gave me a 10.00 discount due to delay and inconvenience. They did not go over service details as before but it was in receipt they gave me. I sure wish they had policy of washing cars at service.
