Second time I have come in for service and it hasn’t been completed because “they sent us the wrong part”. Didn’t bother me too much the first time because I realize mistakes happen. Second time after difficulties in finding a ride I was very annoyed. Would have taken it better if the guy checking me out would have apologized and taken responsibility but it was the same thing. “THEY sent us the wrong part”.

I’m have always used synthetic oil and specifically requested it yesterday, Nov.1. After waiting for 2 hours on the service, I was told that the synthetic oil had been used. When I questioned the print out, the cashier went to the shop to ask and it was NOT synthetic oil.
So disappointed!
