They were very slow, the 40 minute appointment took over 2 hours with the last 30 minutes of waiting while my car was completed. I watched the mechanic park my car walk in and put the paperwork on a desk where someone was sitting and it was 25 minutes before the was paperwork was entered and then I was told I could go
