Good communication however would like for the Hinda portal to be updated so client can see progress and cost on the vehicle and communicate as needed. That is a very handy thing to use and outs things in writing, which ai like. Darren is always friendly and finds the answer and Bud has always been awesome to work with the past 34 years. The only thing I can say is that the first service advisor advised me that because my car has over 200,000 miles on it that I should consider getting the timing belt changed, I asked him to get me an estimate, but I researched it and the 2012 Civic has a timing chain and not a belt…he should have know that…he never did get back with me and the other advisor spoke with me about it later
