While getting an oil change and tire rotation, he came and got me to show me a problem that was uncovered. A large nail wad submerged on the inside of a tire. He treated me with care and courtesy. I told him I would like to get a tire from Honda do he ordered it, made me an app't for next day which I truly appreciate.

My hood wasn't latched, I had a red hood warning light as I was driving in 3rd street but I pulled over and pushed it down so no big deal. All else was fine. Tire rotation makes me worry. I worry about my lug nuts being stripped out ( happened at another dealer) and the tech did a great job!!
