Exceptional service from beginning to end . I was treated very well and every detail was explained to me thoroughly ! I got to meet the great mechanics ( Nick & Vince) working on my vehicle and they explained everything they would repair so I could make a good decision. Dealing with Scott was a pleasure . Poor time management of the the tech and service manager. We dropped off the car on a Tuesday afternoon. The appointment was Wednesday, the tech only addressed one problem on Wednesday to order parts I read of addressing both problems that needed fixing. On Friday the service employee called me to say the car was done, I asked about both problems being fixed, his reply was “the air conditioner is fixed, it needs a blower motor. Do you want us to fix that”. I said yes that’s why I told you about the problems. The service man said he could not have but the part until March 4, 2024 but could not complete the repair until 3/6/2024. I told him not to worry about it that we will fix it ourself, and that is what I meant. 15-20 minutes later I received / more phone calls from Scott, offering to fix the car for 10% less than he told me the first time and to also have it fixed the next Saturday afternoon. We already had the part ordered and guys on the way to get the car. Yes we are a business, but the way this small project was managed by your tech and service manager was very poor for a dealer. We typically work on all of our own stuff, we do not have the equipment the handle the newer air conditioner gas is the only reason you had it. This is why we work on our stuff, too many experiences like this from “dealers” that should be providing the best service experience possible.

The same problem keeps happening. I'm 72 and I've had many cars. I have NEVER had this problem with any of them. I just don't understand why this is happening. I know you think we are doing it, but believe me we are not.
