The lug nuts on one tire were not all there. The car vibrated badly and I turned around and immediately took the car back. They 0then discovered the problem and it was fixed. However if I had not come back, I could have had a serious accident.I drive a Honda because of its high safety rating,so this was not a good experience

Upon entering the facility there were other cars parked in the bay making it impossible for me to pull in, but I was directed to wait by a service technician, so I did. It honestly felt patronizing. Then when I entered the service department there were many customers ahead of me. I wasn’t greeted with any sort of customer service. It honestly felt like I was an annoyance. After I checked in I was directed to “sign” on an iPad but never told what I was signing. In the end I suppose I was agreeing to a $283 oil change and tire rotation. Then your text updates showed up and did not indicated the correct price for my services. What’s even the point of sending the inspection and texts to the customer? It felt like a cya system more than anything for supporting customers. Finally upon paying and leaving my tire pressure light came on less than a mile from your dealership. Upon stopping and checking my tire pressure it appears that all 4 of my tires had low pressure after the tire rotation that had just been completed. So I had to add air to my tires. I’m not sure why I keep buying vehicles from you when your service department is so unfriendly, expensive and then poorly executed.

Took it in to get a recalled part fixed. An employee broke my defrost button on my screen. Took it in the next day, to have another employee argue with me that it wasn't you guys. Then said she ordered the part, I call back 5 days later, not even a part on order. I will never purchase another vehicle from Thompson and if my vehicle wasn't under warranty I wouldn't even take to Thompson.

No one came out when I pulled in the lady was too busy flirting with her co-worker.. and drinking Starbucks… no eye contact even I felt like I was bothering her I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere unless absolutely necessary I’ve had a new vehicle every 2years practically and never had such a horrible experience Very disappointed
