I was very disappointed to take off work and drive 30 minutes from my home to sit for 40 minutes on Monday at Honda only to be told they didn’t have the part needed to fix my car and that I would have to come back on Wednesday. This meant driving up again, taking off work again, and wasting more gas. I understand that mistakes happen, the parts should have been ordered and they weren’t and that’s ok. My problem is I was never offered so much as an “I’m sorry for your inconvenience.” In fact I was told they didn’t have the parts because the person that did the checking didn’t realize they would need it and that I didn’t agree to it being fixed the day it was discovered during an oil change. So not only no apology, but it was made to seem like my fault that the part was not ordered to fix the car. I even called before I left my house to confirm my appointment. I usually have a wonderful experience at Honda with very friendly service but unfortunately this was not the case with my most recent visit.

I had new rims put on my 2023 Ridgeline. Evidently there wad a problem with the lugs and we were not advised of this while waiting. We sat 2.5 hours and were not informed until I asked what was taking so long. Also we were told they did not have the lock for the lugs. So that's something that I still need.

Estimate was off by $1300 Promise, my vehicle will be ready and repaired. I dropped it off one day to pick it up that afternoon it was not finished. Didn't do all the 100,000 mile repairs. Had to leave for another day for repair
