Had an appointment 10/2/2023 for recalls. Dropped car off at 8:40and recurved a text about a dirt cabin filter short after, but because they never received a reply no work was done! I received no call or additional text about when my vehicle would be done. Needless to say I was without my car for an additional day . Again no call the next morning. I had to call and find out my car wouldn’t be done until 4 pm. When I get there they can’t find my paperwork! I find it in my car! Not happy.

Took 3 weeks to get in for a simple oil change, after I had an appointment for 2 weeks and drove there to hear I had 1 more week before I could get in. Then when the advisor called and said my car was ready for pickup and didn’t say anything about what else it needed. Very unhappy because I do what my vehicle needs. Not sure if I will return!
