Had an oil change and tire alignment. Had issues with the alignment, called them back to let them know it needed looked at. Person on the phone was not friendly, told me it was most likely because my tires were bad. (They are a yr old) went back in for them to look at them, tried to charge me again for alignment. We have 4 new Honda’s only issues I have with being charged even if it’s under warranty is Thompson. Not sure why they sell warranties for hen service department never looks them up. Really discouraging to even want to purchase them. They use to have a kid in the service department who actually would help with the warranty side, he moved on. Not surprised at all.
