I came in for 100k mile service, just to be told that couldn’t be completed because the car hadn’t hit 100k in miles yet, which is not my biggest issue. My appointment was scheduled for 10:30am, which they couldn’t find “due to a whole new computer system.” We were quoted the car to be ready at 3pm for the 100k service. After being notified about the service that couldn’t be performed, they were just doing the oil change and rotating tires, the service still took 5 hours. Completely unacceptable. When asked why it took so long, the blame fell on “the new computer system” again.
