We drive an hour and make sure we are 15 minutes early for our appointment for the 20,000 mile service. Our representative was very nice and helpful but the service department was clearly overbooked. Our service took almost 3 hours. When we purchased the car, we were told we could get a loaner while the car was being serviced. When we requested that for a previous service, we were told that is not standard operating procedure, so we have to wait there. If we had a car, at least the entire afternoon wouldn't have been a waste. Or maybe our vehicle could be worked on at our appointment time. Either way, we spent more time there waiting than we should have an oil change.

No issue with the service, but our car has always been washed when we have picked it up from being serviced in the past. It’s kind of disappointing to pay as much as we do for service and not even get a car wash.
