We drove over hour for this service and picking up a key. We were told we got the wrong key while we were driving home. The rep called us very concerned for himself and his customer who was picking up the key he handed us by mistake. There was no worry for him to make things right for us. It was very disrespectful the way the call went. To put it in more perspective, I had a car of 5 people all eager to get home (one had an event planned already) and we were already 15 to 20 min away from the dealership. The rep was distraught as I made suggestions that help us, he said he would figure something out, but we have yet to hear how it's going to work out.
