Edward Seg is AMAZING! He goes above and beyond and is always extremely polite and welcoming..BUT…. I was VERY disappointed with today’s service . I dropped my car off at 10:45AM, by 2 pm I called and spoke to the receptionist because I hadn’t heard about my car.
By 3pm I was dropped off at the dealer Ed informed me they had NOT started working on my car. I went in for a simple oil change. Ed apologized and asked them to do a rush job. They had it done in less than an hour. Again it wasn’t Ed’s fault but I’m extremely disappointed
And was considering going back to the Van Nuys Dealer for future service.
