They knew in advance that my car had to be worked on by the Ford dealer & no one made an appt with Ford to make sure it was done. Ford was too busy to take my car today, so I have to make another trip.
No one was to work on time to check us in. The Parts person took our info. I don't know what is going on with this dealership, but the quality has sure changed.

I don’t believe my tires were evaluated as to remaining tiread 9/19 24
9/19 2024 they reported 6 as tread depth . Then Today they reported tire
Tread depth as 3 for all tires . If I had known a more accurate tread depth in September I would have scheduled new tires in October when you run a buy 3 get 1 for $1 . S o now I’m not getting a discount on new tires .
You are only allowing me $30 dollars discount and it’s costing me $170 more to replace my tires because your tech did not accurately evaluate my tire tread in September . Cheryl L McKinley
