Wait time was almost 2 hours! I was told it would be 45 minutes to an hour. I Was quoted 83.00 for truck oil change and was charged 110.91 They asked me over the phone what type of vehicle I had!
I am from out of town and do not plan to utilize your dealership in the future!

No they asked me to be there at 9:30 am, I arrived at 9:27am. They said I could come pick it up at 11 or 11:30am. I came a little after 11:30am they indicated it wasn’t done. I was not able to wait or come back so I said give it to me anyway and then they came back and said it was done. Hopefully they did what they were supposed to do to maintenance my vehicle. It is a shame you also don’t offer a loaner vehicle while mine is being worked on. That I would consider world class service. Right now the service as is is inconvenient. Did not plan on an additional part needing to be ordered resulting in a next day job completion at very end of the day. Frustrating and inconvenient. Should have taken my car to a larger dealership who may have had everything in stock. Service charge then much higher than I planned. Not sure I will be back to you guys.
