Travis was amazingly helpful. I made a mistake on the scheduling and he was able to roll with it in spite of my mistake and complete the service without a hitch. He also remembered my vehicle and knew a portion of a standard cycle service had recently been performed, so he removed it from the service items normally part of that scheduled service. Awesome service. Amazing courtesy. Fantastic customer focus that is greatly appreciated.

I spent nearly $400 and feel like I didn’t get most of what I asked for resolved. 1. Oil changed - check - no problem. 2. I told tech belt was squeaking bad and needed the squeak to go away even if we need to replace belt or do whatever is needed. I go to pay bill and asked about it and he said they cleaned bc it was dirty and they said it looked like something was leaking on it. I told them yeah it probably is dirty and the stuff on it is belt dressing. I’ve been spraying it off and on for a month bc it temporarily takes the squeak away, but obviously not a long term solution. I didn’t think much of it other than cleaning the belt probly isn’t going to work and it didn’t. Truck is still squeaking loud as ever. 3. I then looked at the notification on my phone I received that service was complete and when I clicked on the link I saw a filter needed replaced. I asked if they replaced it and they said no and I thought it was strange they didn’t come ask me whether I wanted it replaced while I am there. I then asked how long to replace it and he said only takes a few seconds. I told him to go ahead and replace and he was right it only took the tech a few seconds and they charged me .4/hr and $35 for labor?! Wtf?! The girl was out there for like 20 seconds max. 4. Also asked for frion to be checked bc AC isn’t blowing out cold air. Figured it may be low. Tech said it wasn’t low without any other communication on why it wouldn’t be blowing out cold air. Seems like it could be a good time to upsell here or give info on why it may not be blowing out cold air so we could potentially work toward a resolution. 5. 1 hr/$150 on “diagnosis” of what? My truck wasn’t even in the back for a hour wasn’t, but Inguess this makes sense if 20 seconds is .4 hr charge for labor lol. Is cleaning a belt and checking frion levels a diagnosis? $150 seems like a lot to quickly check these things. *As a positive, everyone was friendly, but I still have to figure out how to get the above fixed after spending close to $400 today. Not the best experience and wanted to let you know.

I've had my car there 3 different times for same problem and each time I get billed! I haven't picked car up yet for the 3rd time but u guys want even more money to fix same problem I originally took it in for! Something is definitely wrong here!
