Kim is personable, friendly, efficient and clearly wants to provide the best possible service. She was very clear in her communication about the parts and service needed. When more work was needed than could get done yesterday, she scheduled the rest of the work later this week when she was sure the additional parts would be in the shop.

When I got into my car the digital reading was not working and there wasn’t any sticker on my windshield to show when my next service was scheduled. I had to have the young female tech explain how to reset the digital reader on my dashboard. Other wise service was acceptable. Thanks for asking.

Thought I had free service for 25,000 miles or 2 years. 110$ later I found out I was wrong. I’m spending 25$ a month for remote start on a 65,000$ truck that I asked for help, because it doesn’t work. But after leaving no help, still doesn’t work. I was told I am preaching to the choir at the service desk when asked. I have asked since I have bought the truck why when I get a text, the radio keeps playing nobody has even attempted to help me on this. I told the service desk that the blower for air and heat stops. But they were nice enough to inform me that they charge would not charge me for checking it out. Only 24500 miles on the truck, guess I figured it would be covered under warranty. This is the 5th Toyota truck I have owned. Never have I had so many safety recalls. Between the safety recalls and paying over 300$ a year to use remote start, I questioning if I will buy another Toyota vehicle.
