I reserve my final opinion until they replace the part they damaged, but appreciate how upfront they were in showing me what happened and committing to fixing it. I sense a change in personnel in the department and was concerned i may not get the great service I was used to. I’m less apprehensive now.

I came in for my ToyotaCare which included tire rotation, oil change, cabin filter replacement etc. After a day or two I noticed an unusual rattling sound. I crawled under the vehicle to find a missing bolt in my skid plate. I took back to you guys and thankfully you got me right in and replaced that bolt and tightened another bolt that was loose. Today I got into my glove box to check and see if the air filter had been replaced and by the amount of debris on it I would guess it has not. Now my concern is what else might have been overlooked. I am now on the fence of having to make the choice of driving to Ft Wayne for my maintenance needs which I really don’t want to do!
