I was a little disappointed in how long it took yesterday. I got there at 245 for a 3pm allointment. It didn't get done until 430... I understand things happen and there was an oil spill that needed to be cleaned up in the delivery area, but couldn't they have had a tech do it that wasn't working on a vehicle that was waiting?

Quick in and out. Showed I needed filters changed but no one asked me before they finished. I asked them to change them out which they did gladly but it would have been better had they given the customer a choice before completing the job. Great dealership though.
