I asked for my car to be washed. It used to be a complimentary service. I was told no that I would have to schedule a detailing appointment if I wanted it washed. That’s ridiculous. We bought our vehicle in Warsaw so we wouldn’t have to go to Ft Wayne for service. I’m beginning to think it is worth the drive to Ft Wayne for a better service department.

However I would appreciate the tech using a disposable seat cover and floor mat. There was oily foot print on my floor mat and the towel I cover my driver seat was not replaced but was wadded up and not replaced. Small stuff but you ask and that is a comment for you

I asked for a cost on a part and never received it. I received the report on the car and it said it needed air filter and cab air filter replaced. I got up to let them know to do it and my car was already waiting for me. Nice and fast but no time to say replace filters. Like it better when someone walks out to tell you in person. Also the maintenance reminder was not cleared out on the dash readout. The last thing is the sticker to tell me when the next oil change is due is not correct. It is 1000 miles less than my current mileage. Should be 5000 ahead.

On Jan 26 I brought my car in for a regular oil change and told the attendant that the temp gage was not working. It was evident. The gage would barely move in the course of vehicle operation. Instead of investigating it properly the team told me they couldn’t find anything wrong with it even though a layman’s eye could tell there was obviously something wrong. On two subsequent visits on the 30th and the 2nd they still failed to address the issue and have drained at-least 10 hours out of my work week. The issue is still not fixed as my gage appears to be working but the check engine light is still on. I will be brining my Highlander into Toyota of Warsaw for the last time on Monday the 5th for them to finish the job they should have done on the 26th. The give-a-care factor of the staff is extremely low to non existent and I don’t have time to continue to waste on an organization that has no real desire to help me solve my vehicle issues and does not respect my time.
