The service report said the tires were inflated to 35 lb. But my dashboard said they were only at 30 and 31. I had to return later that day to have them brought up to the proper pressure. Otherwise everything was just fine.

Maint required light still on when vehicle returned. Had to return. It took 2 techs to get it reprogrammed to turn off.
Good they did it immediately and it only required a return trip and 15min extra waiting.

I was very upset to find out the price for an oil change had gone up again after I had just serviced my other RAV4 at the end of November. I should have been told when I called to schedule the service what the approximate price was going to be. This is twice I have had to deal with sticker shock when picking up my vehicle after an oil change. Hard to have enough cash to pay for the service when the price jumps $20 to $30 every time.
