Had a difficult time understanding the technicians speech on one of the two videos that were sent to me. Other than that improvement it was a great experience !

The last two times I have brought my vehicle in, I have dropped it off the night before. When I do that it seems like the vehicle gets worked in instead of being honored my appointment time. Yesterday, my appointment time was at 10:30 AM and they didn’t get to my vehicle until around 1 PM. The time before that I brought it in for an oil change my appointment I believe was like 7:30 AM so I came to pick it up on my lunch hour but it wasn’t ready.

Cesar was very helpful. My position is that my vehicle was not properly diagnosed and the parts replacer installed an expensive part that did not fix the problem. Cesar was understanding and was able to help in reducing my cost of this visit. I asked Cesar if we paid online, could he leave the keys in the car as we would not be able to pick it up before closing. I stopped by on Saturday to pick up my car and it was completely dead. Tried to jumpstart and that didn’t work. Will now have to make a separate trip to get the car, bring tools to see if I can get it started.

It took three appointments to replace a part that takes two minutes to replace. I'm not sure if it is poor quality control on Toyota or the in ability of the service technician, but the driver side piece replaced is going to have the same issue as it won't stay seated in the track.
