When I called to schedule my maintenance I was offered oil and tire rotation. I wasn’t informed that my car wasn’t due for an oil change and only needed a tire rotation. A little frustrating that when I scheduled I wasn’t offered only a rotation which was covered by my warranty.

I was surprised that I have a car whose battery life is tied to its number of miles . My battery was the same aga as the car 18 months and 45 K miles on it .
My newly installed battery is now 3 yrs 36 K . Miles .
There was absolutely no signs that the battery was dying . I was stranded . I’m just really surprised at how vulnerable my vehicle is .
Battery discharged No power can open the hatch to jump the battery .
