Do not like having an text to go over things my vehicle needs done,this lacks customer service. Don't want to be a karen but certain things were left undone. I think you need more mechanics or don't schedule so many at same time it causes people to wait to long,I know you are in the business to make money, I too work with customers but 1 person bad experience tells 15 people and it's better to make 1 happy to tell others so your business does well

Got there at appointment time 10:15. No one at desk. Man in side office came out and said be with you in a minute. Wanted to know what I was there for, I said I had appointment. Acted like I wasn’t there, talked to a worker there, just felt like I was ignored. Finally he said you’re a drop off, I said no that we are waiting for it. He said, will have to see what we can do. I told him that I didn’t appreciate his attitude and didn’t care for the way I was treated. We were there 1-1/2 hrs for oil change and tire rotation. His name is Cesar Munoz.

I set up a service appointment through the online portal and requested the 60k mile service. I also requested service for my rear differential (as advised by the service adviser from my previous oil change). I also mentioned a malfunctioning middle seat. The service department had my vehicle all day and only did an oil change and tire rotation. Here is the issues: 1. My requested services was not performed and no one called me to talk about it. 2. My seat was not fixed. This isn't a huge deal as I was only charged partially for the diagnostic fee. Supposedly the tech had been working on it "a long time". 3. I called at 2:15 for an update on the van and was told to be there at 5:00. I live 30 minutes away. I get a call at 4:53 to say the van was not ready....I was already there. 4. I did not receive a multipoint inspection sheet. When I mentioned it to Kim she gave me the run around which led me to believe it had not been done. Questions like "Do you want him to do it?" I responded with "I thought it was included" to which she responded "Yeah...he did it". Meanwhile nothing was entered into the computer and so she had to get a sheet of paper to have it done. 5. When I arrived at the dealer Kim told me the guy needed to reinstall my seat. No problem. I can wait. Then I asked about the multipoint inspection that should have been done already. She went back to get the information and when she returned she said the van is coming off the lift and we will be ready to go in a bit. This begs the question, "Why is it on the lift if we are only waiting for the seat to be reinstalled?" Maybe because he was having to do the inspection? I bought my van new at Toyota Warsaw and all services have been done there. This was the first time I left wondering if my service was done correctly or even done at all. No one communicated with me the whole day and my requested services were not performed. When asked about the rear diff she said "it doesn't need to be done until 100k". I said, "you guys told me I should do it at 60k". Her response, "it depends on the technician". This can't be true and I was treated like an idiot who is just going along for a ride.

I really appreciate the honesty when it came to delays. Your courtesy and pleasant demeanor are commendable. Additionally, thank you for taking care of our vehicle and posting the videos of the inspection. I havenot seen the underside of this car, so having the video really was nice touch.

My only comment is that hope they are honest and upright they diagnose your car( I always have trusted Toyota when they fixed my truck, not just to charge you more. Because other places they have charge me less and told me my car didn't need that service.

I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation 2-3 weeks ago. I waited 2 hours and 45 minutes for this service to be completed. This is unacceptable.
