My experience was very pleasant and the staff was awesome. I felt valued and appreciated as a customer. Most of our vehicles are Toyota’s due to the quality and longevity of their products. This dealership is very welcoming, fair and professional. I will certainly be back if I need service again. I won’t let just anyone work on my vehicles and it’s nice to have a place to get quality service when you need it.

Only thing that could be improved is making sure the vehicle lights are set to auto or at least put back to how it was when we brought it in. We always have our lights set to auto & didn't realize it was off till a car almost pulled out in front of me on the way home.

I own a 2024 rav4 hybrid with only 12000 miles on it and service people are telling me that I'm going need either new rotors or turned rotors at my cost,this totally not right! They also said that they would run by Toyota but didn't expect the outcome I wanted would happen. I hope this issue gets resolved quickly

I was a little confused concerning the maintenance required. The service maintenance sticker on the windshield had a mileage of 13125 which was placed there from the previous maintenance. The current mileage is 12895 which I supposed was requiring maintenance today but was told oil change would not be required until 20000 miles. This is separate from the tire rotation and alignment which was fine. The last service was several months ago so I figured it was required today. Just confused.
