Today, my 4Runner was quoted over $3,500 for upper balljoints and end links, and brakes were quoted at $1,200. It seems like your dealership has shifted its focus from serving loyal Toyota customers to prioritizing profit. Our family has purchased two brand-new Toyotas from your dealership, and we’re considering taking our business elsewhere.

I had a coupon that they tried to tell me was only good “up to” $100 when it clearly said $100 off any service. They mentioned this was a “typo”. Reluctantly they honored the coupon. Then there were oily finger prints and dirt on the passenger seat of my truck after my oil change. When you pay a premium for a premium service, you expect the premium service. Will not be returning for service at the Warsaw location. I’ve worked in the service industry my whole life and would never treat someone the way I got treated.
