I pointed out that there was a problem since my last service there with my hood release, and specifically asked that it be fixed so that I could open my hood when I needed to. I was assured that it was fixed when I received a text that my car was ready to be picked up however, when I tried to open it before taking off from your lot, it didn’t open when I pressed the lever and then tried to open it by releasing the catch under the hood. I then went back into the dealership and a kind representative came out and also attempted to open my hood. He could not open it either. He went back inside and brought out some spray. The spray worked, and we were able to open the hood. It should not have come to this after my specific request.

I was just in for inspection at the end of June when your team indicated my brakes were in perfect condition. Just two months later at the service yesterday, I am sent a text message saying I need new brakes and rotors. I find this very hard to believe. Your team just replaced brakes and resurfaced rotors one year ago. I have not driven any different since inspection. The other concern is that no one came out to talk to me. I would assume that something as serious as brakes would warrant a conversation. This leaves me concerned about coming back for any future service.
