Explained that there was water on front center console after going through car wash, assigned staff stated that I should make sure I clean sun roof or it will cost me $180 to get it done. I only purchased the car in August 2024, It is not dirty. The problem was never addressed. I tried to share some idea that maybe some seal may be compromised but staff said he’s been dealing with these things for certain amount of years and he knows. I was lead to believe that I was the cause.
