Everything was fine. The only thing I’m confused about is that on my cautionary report the things they suggest in yellow it said front brake pads and rotors but when the mechanic did the walk-through and the video says I only need brake pads I don’t need rotors and that if I let it go, I may need rotors so I would like to know which one it is.

I made an appt to have the 10,000 mile service and State Inspection done . I was told by the service rep that it would be in “an hour and a half or less”, so I waited for my car. It took 2 1/2 hours to perform the service.
The next day I had to adjust the air pressure in my tires and found out that they didn’t reset the TPMS sensors when my tires were rotated.
I called the service dept and left a message for someone to call me to help me out with this.
It’s been 2 days and no one has called me back.
I’ve since figured out how to reset the TPMS myself.
