I usually go to Christopher ( I may be spelling it wrong I think he spells it’s with K). I go at 12:45 every time I have an appointment. I asked the person who I spoke to, to book me with him cause he gets me in and out. He know I work at 2pm so he gets me in and out. I get there and it’s not him. I’m already there and need an oil change bad. So I stay. I left there at 3 pm! Never have I come there and left at 3pm. Apparently they were on lunch. So don’t schedule me at that time then. Christopher is the go to guy for me. I was late to pick up my granddaughter from school and work. I was pissed. But it is it what it is.

All good till I got home and tried to attach the keyfob to my lanyard but could not there's no ring or metal key in the fob do I drill a hole in the fob that's not right any help on where the rest of it was left out thanks

The service rep was pleasant & kept me informed through text (I assume this is how it is done now) however it would have been more personalized if he had come to me personally to explain results of check of vehicle. As I don’t seem to be receiving any emails or mailings from Faulkner I asked if there were any discounts available. I was told no. In the past my adviser (Blaise) was able to check & give me small discount. Perhaps this is not permitted any longer & if so that doesn’t give me much incentive to travel to Faulkner when Sloane is closer to me. Thanks for reading.
