Worst customer service I have ever experienced. He let me sit in your lobby for 4 hours then said to me “I forgot about you!”. Then he tells me that I needed to come there to fill out a form from Toyota. When I got there he told me to wait in lobby again. I waited an hour then he comes over and tells me I didn’t need to come in at all. He is unprofessional. I have bought many cars from Faulkner over the past 35 years. I will not be bringing any cars to be serviced. I did speak to a manager I asked to not have Chris as my service coordinator he did not listen.

I checked in around 1:24 pm for my 1:30 pm appointment. I promptly received the link to my check-in documents and video and then never received anything else. My vehicle was in for a tire rotation and an oil change. I sat and waited for two hours as the waiting room turned over. I watched as people who walked in up to 45 minutes after me got their vehicle and were able to leave. At around 3:14 pm, I texted my service advisor, David Martini, but never heard back. When I walked up to the front desk at 3:24 pm, they had to go find out what was going on, and magically, my vehicle was done at that point.
I was never spoken to about anything, never received my safety inspection report, or anything to review. It seemed as if I was forgotten, and only my speaking up prompted the return of my vehicle. Not to mention that I received an email asking me about my service and a text message requesting that I complete a favorable survey well before I actually ever got my vehicle back.
