My overall experience was excellent. François was courteous, friendly and kept me informed of my vehicle. I liked that I was able to work in the customer waiting area while waiting for my vehicle. It made the time go by faster. Mitch, the salesman who sold me the vehicle, even stopped by to say hello. Very nice, friendly atmosphere!

I like the new to me, all electronic check in and status of my vehicle can be viewed in multimedia. The resolution is low, I could barely see what the mechanic was showing on a phone or laptop, but I could see what he was saying on a desktop, later at home. Improving a good thing will help. When I confirmed the work order, I didn't get any feedback it was sent properly so went personally to Montero to confirm, which he did quickly, would be good if I got a confirmation of the work order via email or SMS as sent, to avoid confusion. I would like copies of my receipts also in electronic format, say pdf, for my records. Thanks!
