I was not happy with the last service. I came in for 40,000 mile service. Oil change. After evaluating my car I was told I may need an alignment and an engine oil flush. I declined the alignment
I was told $48 for flush. I said ok
Not fully understanding why I needed it. Only came in for oil change.
I was extremely upset to be charged an extra $148!!! I paid $349 for oil change. Absolutely ridiculous!!

The only thing I would say is that as a customer who knows his car, I appreciated the fact that Francis made me aware that because I wanted to have the oil changed sooner than I needed, the service then would have a charge added to my bill. This is my opinion leaves no room for unknowns. The only other comment I have is when asked about the ' engine stop ' feature, I was informed that my vehicle was not equipped with it CONTRAY TO THE LIST OF FEATURES PROVIDED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. This is unacceptable.
