I recieved great communication with Francios, via the same text channel, but i wasn’t on the service schedule. No problem. I know using the text to update people is convenient but there needs to be someone available to answer the phone if someone calls the service dept. When I tried to call I got voicemail virtually every time. When I did get someone (Blaze), I was put on hold for Shannon and sat on hold for 20 minutes and hung up because no one picked the phone back up. Text is not always convenient. Just a thought.
