Blaise helped me and kept me updated the whole time my car was in his care. I would highly recommend going to Faulkner Toyota specifically because of the great experience i had with Blaise Barnes. I was mostly fine yea. On inspection, oil.
Taillight replaced ok. But some condensation getting in.
Think that the assembly somewhere not sure
But my tire is still leaking. Slow leak. Thought fixed.
It went down to 21 PSI since Fri last until Wed.
Need find a day to get it fixed fully.

When navigation speaks the voice crackles as if the speakers are blown, yet the radio plays fine. This was described in detail the last time I was in for it to be looked at. I tried to call service back twice and didn’t get through, I left a message to return my call, my salesman Alan said they were supposed to call me back to discuss a remedy, I’ve yet to have the courtesy of a return call.

I waited approximately 1.5 hour for my car to be done. It was in for an oil change. He came in to update me twice. The first update was an error that he made. Second update was to tell me that my car was done. I then asked if I needed to go to the cashiers desk to pay and he said no and that he’ll be back in to tell me other things about my car and will walk me up to the cashier desk afterwards. 20 minutes goes by and no word. I walked up to the cashier desk and told them how Chris said my car was done and that he said he would be back in and that he didn’t. Cashier went out to locate my car and told me it was parked in spot 4 and gave me the paperwork and rung me up. I don’t like the experience here at all. He could’ve wasted more of my time. Will not be coming back.

I appreciate that I purchased the extended warranty when I purchased my car and very thankful that the separate issues that have come up in the last few weeks are covered under the warranty. Toyota Faulkner and the staff have been very kind and accommodating to make sure they provide me with good service and a loaner while working on my car. But, I am concerned that my car has had so many issues back to back with it being a new car.
