I called ahead to your service shop to inquire about an oil change. The lady I spoke with was given my make, model, year and concern of paying $130 for an oil change at my dealership and states “oh no, ours is only $80 dollars” I asked how much for oil change and tire rotation and wa informed that the $80 dollars covered the oil change, tire rotation and other safety inspections, fluids, etc.
The gentleman who checked me out gave me a bill for $120+ and I asked why when I was quoted $80 and should be paying roughly $90 with taxes. He scoffed and said I can’t do it got that much with labor cost and was rude when I replied that the quote should match the price when he was rude when I explained the ladies quote. I asked for the service manager and was informed he isn’t there and then asked for his name and said that I only swapped dealerships because I didn’t want to pay $130+ and Nissan and he replied well we beat that. Is this really how you operate and allow your technicians to treat paying customers?
