I broke down on I-40 pulling a trailer on my way to Arizona. This dealership looked at my truck and was able to repair it and get me back on my journey west. As a single older woman this meant the world to me. Johnathan is the best!

We made an appointment to have our vehicle diagnosed on Saturday morning as well as have the oil changed. On Monday at 10:30 am our vehicle still hadn't been looked at. The service advisor was rude to my wife and tried to make her feel like the vehicle was falling apart and that she needed to leave it there for 2 weeks before they could look at it. The purpose of making the appointment was to have the vehicle looked at when it was convenient for both us and the dealership. We had to pickup the vehicle without any answers to our concerns because my wife needed it to get to work the next day. Also we asked if the transmission and PTU fluid could be changed and were told that couldn't be done without the diagnostics that weren't done during the agreed upon appointment.

Not sure what takes 2 and a half hours for an oil change but its been this way the last 7 times. I've bought 2 vehicles from that location and have had all of the services done there but today was the last time. I have worked in shops and I can honestly say it has never taken me more than 15 minutes to perform an oil change and top off fluids. Dont think I will be returning for any services in the future.

Service and the people working there was great ..only problem I had was my appt for an oil change was at 8:45. Checked in at 8:21 and wasn't notified my car was ready. Went to ask about my car at 10:55 and the lady was a little concerned as well. She looked at my stuff in the computer and noticed had had been done but wasn't notified until I had to go ask almost three hrs later.
