She went above and beyond to get the correct warranty coverage for my SUV. It was confusing as I still had an old warranty that hadn’t yet expired and a new one in place once the old one expire. She made sure that the old one was used that covered the work that was being done.
Really would want her to take care of my visits in the future even a simple oil change. She is very good.

The bottom line is that your company has shown me there are issues with scheduling and communication. There were a few times during this time that the issues were evident.
However, the work was performed correctly, Even though I knew the repair might not fix both of the problems, I was informed that it did, when in fact it did not. I am satisfied with the outcome, but unsatisfied with the entire experience.

It was thanks to them that they were able to fix my truck that the other automobile shop caused when they were supposed to fix my truck and put my life in danger.
