Heidi was great but the actual work done on the truck I am not happy with after dropping my truck off with no check engine light I picked it back up with the check engine light on brought it back again and they still couldnt fix it it took me(not a mechanic) a 20 dollar code reader from amazon and a little bit of common sense to realize they left sensors unhooked causing the check engine lights.

I had an upper radiator hose replaced last month at another garage in Clarksville. It had seeped some and they said they would look at it for me. Schedules didn’t align. It blew yesterday. I was close to the dealer. I was able to drive right in - car steaming. Heidi took care of me right away. The car went straight to the back. The quick connect clip wasn’t totally pushed on. They did a compression check just in case. The bill was less than I expected and was totally fair. I’ve heard people complain about the addendum charges on the vehicles for sale - in terms of my experience? I was treated fairly and very well. I appreciate it.

Jonathan did a good job. However, the price ($95)is excessive for essentially an oil change. Every item I discussed with Jonathan, other than the oil change, I deferred on spending due to excessive prices. Mr & Mrs Reiselman need to reconsider their target market and make some changes! Also, your courtesy driver wasn't in, so I had to wait after being told that your driver would take me back to my office.
