This was my first experience with the valet service picking up my car for service. Even though I had to call in the morning when my car had not been picked up on schedule, JJ figured it out and got my car picked up. John was the one to call and check my car in and verify the various items to be serviced. He was also the one to call when the work was done and handle my payment. When an hour had passed and I had not heard from the valet, I called back and John let me know when my car would be returned.
