Overall the service was good. It took two days to get my truck in the system and get a dead battery issue sorted out and they didn’t offer me a loaner or any option to be able to still have a vehicle. Definitely discouraging having a dead battery after getting it brand new off the lot and owner it for barely three weeks but hopefully the issue won’t happen again.
