Thought my husband was stupid and didn’t know anything about vehicles. Tried talking my husband into getting stuff done we didn’t need to. Little did the service rider know my husband is a mechanic and has been for over 8 years. The things he said we need we had just previously had done at that same dealership. Also they didn’t check my cabin and engine air filter. I’m not happy at all place is a rip off and will try to scam anyone out of some money by telling them their cars need things that they don’t.

I’ve dropped off my car for the second time for the same problems , the second time they tried to update the software because it hasn’t been updated. It will not update or connect to WiFi. Why wasn’t that done the first time ? Wouldn’t that be the first thing you try when working to fix the navigation issues?? So now I’m waiting for a part to come in so that I can bring my car back for a third time….. I need a vehicle for my job and this has been very time consuming and inconvenient.

I brought my truck there to get hail damage fixed on the truck that I purchased brand new just last week. I also brought in four new tires to put on the new truck.
When I got it back. It had what looks like arc welding splatter all over the hood. It looks like little brown burnt specs, like someone had been welding right next to it. I brought it in and showed it to my sales person and manager.
Most of the brown spots wiped off, but there were two spots that had singed, or burnt, through the clear-coat.
I thought you might want to know. Pretty careless.
Hopefully you have security cameras that can show where it was worked on. i’m not worrying because it’s getting fixed. But still another day I’ll have to drive it down to the dealership and wait.
