When I made the appointment I told them I hade just had tires rotated and not to do it and they did it anyway. Poor lack of

Saw my truck sitting outside service area for at least 30 minutes and went out to service to check on it and was then told
It was ready. Offered to change the tires back but I certainly didn’t want to wait any longer. I also ask if I could pay with my phone because I had left my credit card at home and I was told I don’t know. As it worked
Out I could but only found this out after I had called someone to bring my my wallet. I would think this is something they should have know.Overall it just wasn’t a good experience

My windshield was broken by a tech simply changing my wiper blades. Josh was very helpful in getting it fixed quickly and even got me a rental for the time it would take to fix my car. First of all it should be standard procedure to place some sort of protective cloth or something to prevent this from happening in the first place. I am however very unhappy with the fact that an aftermarket windshield was put in my car when it had the original OEM one in it when it got broken. At the very least I should’ve been asked if it was ok to put aftermarket windshield in, which of course is NOT ok. So now I have to go back yet again to have the proper windshield put in. Again I do appreciate Josh getting it done so quickly but if the OEM part couldn’t be put in, I should’ve been told.
