My car was there all day for an oil change and a couple of minor issues that are covered under warranty and had already been in for them prior to this appointment. When I dropped my car off the night before I let them know I would need to have my car back that day. We went to pick the car up at 5:15pm the following day and nothing had been done…no oil change…nothing. I had waited about 2 weeks for the appointment, so, my car was overdue for the oil change.

The service was great. The only frustration I had was that I scheduled an appointment, but the. When I dropped my vehicle off for that appointment, I was told that it would be several days before the technician could look at the vehicle. My assumption was that I was making an appointment so that the technician would be ready to assess the vehicle at the appointment.
