April did a great job keeping me updated constantly. My problem was with the tire service. We had stopped in awhile back to have a tire ckd & was told my back driver tire was in danger of coming apart but it would last till next service. When I came in Tues APRIL ORDER THE new tire & I came in Wed to have it mounted. Thurs Looking at the tired I realized it was on the front driver not the rear. My wife came back up to have it changed & Josh said the tire man said he did not know which tire to change so he chose the one he felt was the worse one. My wife had them to put spare on the driver rear so we could take a trip & asked that the tire he took off to be used as a spare for now. This morning I was loading the truck for our trip when I discovered the tire was just thrown up in the bed instead of being put where the spare is to go. So it took us 3 days to & probably a total of 5 or 6 hours plus around $500.00 for servicing one tire. I under stand the wait for the ordered tire but if the tire man had told us about the tire before replacing it we could have had it done on Wed instead of making a second trip from McEwen & sitting another hour & then finding out this morning that he had just thrown it into the bed. And as I am driving this morning am getting a notice that a tire pressure sensor has failed.
After all of this I know you will understand why we will not be using your dealership again for our tire & servicing needs.
I would like to reiterate that April was great. Very friendly,apologized for the wait time & answered any questions I asked.

You charged me $330 for lug nuts. When I gave permission to change them, I was told they were covered under warranty. After changing only 20 of my 32 lug nuts you charged me $330. There is no way for me to tell which were changed and which weren’t. I was ripped off and am not happy about it. I have used this Ford dealer for many years under different owners and have always serviced vehicles without issue. This is unacceptable and you obviously don’t care about keeping my business.

Very much a lack of communication from the team. I wasn’t able to get a hold of them, they didn’t return calls. I ended up having to go to the dealership and speaking to another advisor to find out what was going on with my vehicle. Plus they had my vehicle 8 days to fix two recall issues. Just overall not a good experience.

The woman I spoke with to make the appointment did not listen to my requests for pricing or services, lied about the necessary steps to complete the repairs, and did not return my call when I asked for a quote on services she did not provide. I called most days for 2 weeks to try to get the information prior to my appointment time so the services could be scheduled correctly on your end and I would have an accurate figure of cost as well as time without my everyday driver. I debated brining my truck in for the appointment after all the issues with her. I highly considered driving further to give my business to another dealership. I know vehicles (parts and operations) so I usually know when a technician or underwriter is lying to me.
Josh was great. He was kind, honest, and provided answers to all my questions both in person and over the phone. He got my truck in and out the same day as my appointment which was more than I hoped for or expected. I will bring my truck back for future services as long as I deal with Josh or someone like him.
If your company continues to employ those who deliberately lie to the customers, refuse to return calls, and have terrible customer service I will not bring you any more of my business and will discourage others from doing so as well. I own two Ford trucks and am planning extensive work to one of them.
