Three Ford recalls and a tire sensor replaced. Had car for over a week and when I went to pickup the mechanic was off that day snd the tire sensor was not replaced, so I had to make another trip to pickup my car. You also wanted to replace the hood cable but I declined, the underdash wasn't pit back to the way it was when brought in for service.

I was very disappointed with the whole situation. My husband asked me to take the negative review off but I will never use this service again. You may have still got me for a $100 or $200 but you also lost a lifetime customer. It may not seem like much because I’m only one person but over the years I have always recommended you all. Basically, I think it was a misunderstanding here’s why… when I first came in to set the appointment it was Ella when I came back to my appointment I was dealing with April. She is a good rep. so let’s get that clear but when she called me in my camera after they doing the recalls from Ford they wanted 127.00 to do a diagnostic on my cameras. Which was under warranty from the Recall. Somehow they were under the impression that the cameras not working at all when I brought it in that’s not true all it did was flicker when I hit bumps backing up, picked it up on the 21st and by the way they had it for a week the camera was not working at all, something I never seen popped up and said camera not operative. So Justin came out. He’s going to waive the diagnostics and I should have it by Monday and also the piece that covers my trunk was broken. Beaman bought this for years ago and I bought an F150 from there , Rosalyn took over about six weeks ago. Word gets out quick. You can buy a car or truck anywhere in the world but it’s your service that makes the difference and how the car is fixed that makes you successful!
