I was in the waiting area for over 2 and a half hours for an oil change and new tire installation and balancing.
I made this appointment weeks in advance and selected an 8am appointment time in hopes of getting through efficiently.
Your management strategy should be to staff this in such a way that the oil change and tire installation could be done simultaneously and get the customer out in an hour to hour and a half tops
I do not think that you are allocating your resources efficiently or effectively.
Atypical appointment for an ouil change and tire rotation only takes an hour
No way that a tire installation and alignment should have added an hour and a half
